So the news is out..and some of you guessed it!!

My new chapter begins and I’m looking forward to putting you through your paces back home on Irish soil!

You’ll find me teaching Pilates in Donnybrook Douglas on Thursdays! Come join me whether you’re new to Reformer or a Pilates enthusiast, I will love to see you walk through the doors!

It’s been a while…

Sometimes life takes us in unexpected directions and you just got to roll with it!

After more than 13 years in Australia, life brought me home to Ireland last year. I’ve been grateful to continue teaching my wonderful clients online, and now I’m excited to reconnect here with new and familiar faces.

I’ll be sharing some exciting news with you over the coming days -to new beginnings!
