I have been coming to Orla's advanced pilates class for over three years with a lovely group of ladies. The class is different every week with a focus on different areas of the body. I love the unpredictable nature of the class which Orla meticulously plans. Orla is a super teacher. She knows everybody's name, observes class members closely & corrects positions & movements when required to obtain maximum benefit. I know my own flexibility has improved as a result of this class. What a busy morning, our intensive ballet barre, Pilates mat class followed by a fantastic talk from nutritionist Marc Murphy.. Thanks to everybody who gave up their Saturday afternoon and especially Marc for sharing his knowledge and encouraging us to make healthier choices. Hope to do it all again soon.
