Ready for the coolest reformer studio ever?😏
It’s not a surprise to most of you.. but IT’S ABOUT DAMN TIME!
I started teaching Pilates 7+ years ago.. going from teaching mat to reformer and eventually studying a Master’s in Physiotherapy to take my Pilates knowledge up to the highest standard for my clients.. all with the goal of having my own reformer Pilates studio.
It’s been a long road and it’s really only beginning now!

I continue to grow my Pilates skill set year on year, and that’s something I am committed to doing long-term. But for now, the studio is built on a hell of a lot of experience, education and most importantly pure passion. 💚
I would say I’m just passionate about teaching Pilates, but those that know me would probably put it more into the obsession category.. after years of hearing me go on about having my own studio and my work! It’s finally a reality.
With the past few years really proving how important mindful movement and mindful practices are.. The Pilates BEAT is focussed on prioritising YOU to get the best benefits in all areas of your life, not just physical.
BEAT stands for Body, Energy, Attitude Transformation. Not just for how you look.. but how you feel and how that has a ripple effect on all areas of your life.
This post doesn’t even begin scratch the surface of what The Pilates BEAT means or how much is in store for it.. but for now all I ask is for your support on my journey to share my page with more people because it really would mean the world to me.

Why I created The Pilates & Habits Challenge
I know how hard it can be to feel like you don’t have control over your health and wellness habits. To feel guilty for not doing the things you know you should be doing, and knowing that your future self is relying on you to make these healthy changes.
Pilates for me has been one of the things that I stay consistent with because my body NEEDS it. The difference between Pilates and gym workouts for my though, is that it makes me feel AMAZING and I always ENJOY it. When something feels good, it is a lot easier to keep up with.
My aim with this program is to help you to discover Pilates for yourself, to see the mental and physical benefits and to be able to keep it up as a realistic habit going forward.
While I know that Pilates alone will give you a big transformation, my background in nutrition and fitness won’t allow me to stop just there!
That’s why this program incorporates aspects of nutrition, movement, self-development and forming habits. This ensures you get EVEN MORE out of it and helps you to build a healthier lifestyle, whatever that means to you!

How you can use Pilates to change your life
Have you ever heard the saying ‘How you do one thing is how you do everything’?
When you find a way of building new skills, you can transfer both those skills and the confidence in yourself.. into the rest of your life.
There are many physical benefits of Pilates, but right now I want to look at the mental benefits instead.
If you are able to commit to showing up for yourself and doing Pilates.. you are building that skill of showing up for yourself.
If you are able to push through a tough series and make it out the other side.. you are building resilience and determination.
If you are able to slow the exercises right down to get more out of them.. you are building control and precision.
These are just a few examples of how Pilates can benefit basically your whole life.
This is the basis of my new program, The Pilates & Habits Challenge. Where you are taught how to get control back of your health and wellness.. and improving many other aspects of your life.
It is designed just for you if you have little to no Pilates experience, just want to get a handle on your habits and stop feeling guilty for putting it off.
