Following our town halls, workshops and focus groups earlier this year, weโre now taking the next step in building the future vision for Suttonians RFC.
๐๐โ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ผ๐๐:
โขโ โ growing our minis and youth pathways
โขโ โ strengthening senior rugby
โขโ โ rebuilding womenโs rugby
โขโ โ improving facilities
โขโ โ increasing community involvement
โขโ โ creating a stronger club for the next generation
The energy and ideas from the earlier sessions were a super help, and now we want to bring that vision together and show what the next 10 years of Suttonians could look like.
Whether youโre a player, parent, coach, volunteer, member or supporter โ youโre welcome to join.

Our strategic development process has now entered a hugely exciting stage, and we want to thank every member, player, volunteer, parent, and supporter who has engaged so far through our Town Halls, club-wide survey, and focus groups.
After weeks of collaboration, discussion, and analysis, we are excited to share the pathway forward for Suttonians RFC, shaped by the voices and ideas of our club community.
This is more than a plan. Itโs a vision for the future of our club. A future built together.
