Mind Matters – Supporting Positive Mental Wellbeing!

Over the past few weeks, our Transition Year students have been engaging with the Mind Matters Programme, delivered by Our Generation and Youth Work Ireland.

This five-session emotional resilience programme encourages young people to explore their thought processes, understand the impact of positive and negative self-talk and develop critical thinking skills to help them navigate the information they encounter every day.

Through interactive activities and practical strategies, students are learning valuable skills to build emotional resilience, develop self-awareness and support their overall wellbeing.

A fantastic opportunity for our TY students to develop important life skills that will benefit them both in school and beyond!
