Round Towers Lusk GFHC

We are delighted to announce that a new Farmers Market will begin a three-week trial in Lusk this month!

Since December last year, the community has taken charge of Lusk Town Team. The role of the town team is to bring to life Lusk’s Town Centre First plan. There are 28 projects in the plan, one of which is the development of a new Lusk Farmer’s Market. This will be an exciting way to showcase our rich food heritage, while also giving local food producers, crafters and artists room to grow.

The Farmer’s Market pilot will be run by a volunteer sub-group of Lusk Town Team, with the support of Fingal County Council, Lusk Action Group and Murray’s Pub. It will be run on three consecutive Saturdays and parking will be made available by Lusk Community Council in the Cottage Community Centre:

Hours 9:30am-1:00pm

You can expect local fresh produce, coffee & cakes, arts & crafts

🏌️‍♂️AMFC RTL Players Day 🏌️‍♀️

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at Balcarrick Golf Club for this year’s RTL Players Day in support of our Adult Men’s Football Club on Friday last.

It was fantastic to see so many teams out on the course enjoying a great day of golf, followed by food, laughs and prize-giving. Events like this simply wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support of our players, members, volunteers, sponsors and everyone who contributed in any way.

THURSDAY NIGHT

Yesterday was a day to remember for our U15 girls at the TG4 All-Ireland Ladies Football Finals in Croke Park.
We were incredibly proud to have our girls representing Round Towers Lusk as Ball Girls on one of the biggest days in the ladies football calendar. They carried out their roles with enthusiasm, professionalism and confidence, doing both themselves and our club proud.
It was a fantastic opportunity to experience the atmosphere of Croke Park, watch the very best players in action and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Well done girls – you represented Round Towers Lusk with pride. A day you’ll never forget. A special thank you to the coaches , a lot of work and planning went on to make this happen! Enjoy your bank holiday today

As a mark of respect to Gay Kelly Snr and the Kelly family, Round Towers Lusk GAA adult men's football teams will be retiring the number 2 jersey for the remainder of this season.

Gay proudly wore the number 2 jersey in the 1962 Dublin Junior Football Championship final, when Towers won the championship for the first time.
