So happy to have been able to support this fantastic fundraiser the amount of good that both these charities will be able to do with these funds is unbelievable!
Tonight was a very special evening as Aaron presented a cheque for an incredible €30,749.02 to Make-A-Wish Ireland and LA519 , with the money being split equally between the two charities.
Aaron spoke about why he chose the challenge he did and, more importantly, why he chose these two charities to benefit from it. Hearing the personal reasons behind his decisions made the evening even more meaningful.
Representatives from both charities were there to accept the donation and spoke about the difference this incredible amount of money will make to the people and families they support.
Aaron also took the opportunity to thank everyone who has supported him throughout this journey, the volunteers, his sponsors Universal Graphics and LA Gymnastics Monaghan and those who donated, sponsored and helped behind the scenes, and everyone who came out to support him along the route. Every single person played a part in making this possible.
What began as an ambitious challenge has resulted in an amazing achievement and a truly incredible amount raised for two very deserving charities.
