Join me for a 4-week online Introduction to Journalling course designed to help you get past the dreaded blank page and discover a journalling approach that works for you.
Over four weeks we’ll explore different types of journalling and writing, including reflective writing and guided journaling, with prompts and activities to help you get started.
No previous journaling experience needed
We won't be sharing your personal writing
No fancy equipment needed - just a pen, some paper and a quiet space
The aim is simple- to give you the time, prompts and encouragement to start writing and make journaling your own
