Old Bawn Tallaght ITF Taekwon-Do School Est. 1985. Classes every Monday in St. Maelruans Junior School All our Instructors are Garda vetted and qualified.
The Old Bawn Tallaght Taekwon-Do School was established in 1985 and has produced World, European & National Champions. Our students have won medals representing Ireland both home and abroad. We offer both traditional and sport Taekwon-Do classes to children and Adults. We have special classes for younger children that give them an introduction to the Martial Arts in a fun way. This is the belt my Instructor Mr Michael Nevin put around my waist 35 years ago. I wore it proudly for 22 years while competing for Ireland, being corrected by General Choi and through countless classes, seminars and gradings. Finally in 2013 I was made get a new belt when I was promoted to Master and it was a bittersweet moment to take it off for the last time 🥋
