We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Football Manager to lead our Leinster Senior League Senior teams for the upcoming 2026/27 season and beyond

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

🔹️ Planning and delivering high‑quality tactical training sessions
🔹️️ Managing matchday preparation and team selection
🔹️ Developing players both individually and as a team
🔹️ Creating a positive, inclusive, and competitive team environment
🔹️ Working closely with club officials and coaching staff

We are looking for someone who:

🔹️ ️Has previous coaching or management experience (preferred)
🔹️ ️Holds relevant coaching qualifications (or is willing to work towards them)
🔹️ Demonstrates strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
🔹️ Shows a commitment to fair play, player welfare, and continuous development

Leinster Senior League Striker Online

Manager Owen Hamilton last night informed the club that he intends to step down at the end of the season.

Over the last three seasons Owen has taken us from a relgated Major Sunday side, off the back of a 1pt season, led us to a league title (our first in 20 years!) and two promotions, for that we are extremely grateful.

A former player who returned to take the reins, he once again gave everything for the crest, this time from the touchline. His passion, commitment and belief in the club have left a lasting mark and will be remembered for a long time to come.

While we’re sorry to see him step away, we fully respect his decision and wish him every success in whatever comes next, we’re in no doubt that success will follow him wherever he goes.

We'd also like to thank Brian O'Reilly, goalkeeper and goalkeeping coach for all of his input over the last three seasons, another former player who returned and gave everything for the crest

Everyone at the club was saddened to hear of the passing of Jim Murphy of The Dragon Inn Tallaght (official Page)

Jim was a great supporter of the club down the years and remained one of our main sponsors.

Our thoughts are with the Murphy family at this sad time. May Jim rest in peace.

A tough one to take having done everything bar score, hitting the post, the bar, and some saves. Definitely deserved something from this game, but football is cruel sometimes.
