✨ I recently completed a 6-week CALM SCHOOL KIDS programme with the pupils of Annacurra National School, Wicklow 💛
CALM SCHOOL KIDS helps children build a deeper connection with their bodies, thoughts, and emotions through yoga 🧘♀️ mindfulness 🌿 meditation ✨ breathwork 🌬️ and relaxation 💫
A huge thank you to the Parents’ Association for the invitation, and to the pupils and staff for embracing every session with such enthusiasm and openness 🙏 We had lots of fun exploring yoga poses, calming breathwork, mindfulness activities, and relaxation together 😊
