Huge congratulations are in order again today with Kilcoole AC's Lisa Byrne and the Irish F45 team claiming second 🥈 place for the second day in a row after they podiumed in the 7km uphill yesterday

Today Team Ireland 🇮🇪 tackled the 22km course the first 7km of which was yesterdays uphill course lest they forget 😂 and again battled the heat in Czechia 💪🙌👏

🪿 National 5 mile 🪿

In the Phoenix Park today we had a good group in for the national 5-miler 💪🙌

Huge shout out to Sarah Diamond 4th lady home who ran an incredible PB in 28:54 just 9 seconds off the podium step 👏🔥

Brilliant job Sarah you absolutely smashed it and getting better and better 💪

The men’s team were led home by Male Captain Brian Gurrin who ran a superb race to get 3rd AG and once again earned himself a national bronze 🥉This is becoming a very nice habit 👌

We had super performances right across the board 💪

We are delighted to announce that our very own Master Sprinter Lucianne Hughes was crowned Sportsperson of the Year at the Greystones Municipal Council People of the Year Awards yesterday evening ✨💫🥳🎉
Lucianne is a very deserving recipient of this award not only for all her wonderful achievements in the world of Masters Sprinting but for everything she represents and everything she does to give back to the club 🙏🏼
Lucianne is such an inspiration to us all so we were very proud to nominate her and even prouder that she won 🥳💪💚🪿
