I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how much women carry without saying.
As a doctor, I see so many women quietly managing pain, prolonged bleeding, fatigue, emotional heaviness, and hormonal struggles for years. Sometimes for too long that management becomes just supportive.
They often come not just for treatment, but because they’re finally tired of holding it in. There’s a quiet but powerful space between “something feels off” and “I’m ready to look at it.”
And honestly, that’s where real healing begins.
I don’t always have instant answers.
The discussions are sometimes an hour long.
But I sit with them. I listen. I find the gaps.
And then we begin from there, gently, honestly, and together.
A fulfilling journey towards real, sustainable health.

In practice, there often comes a moment when the mirroring happens.
The person is suddenly forced to look at what has been hidden - very inefficiently - right within them. Inefficient, because if it was truly hidden well, they wouldn’t be seeking help for problems that never needed to exist in the first place.
Identifying the real issue is always the key.
From there begins the journey towards healing.
But for the key to do its job, it is very important to accept the pain.
Some are excited by what they find.
Some resist with all their might.
To the latter, I want to say,
Let’s face it together?

Listen to your Gut 🎧
It’s your hormones talking to you 🎤
Constipation and poor gut health don’t just stay in the gut they actively influence female reproductive neuroendocrinology.
It’s a powerful bidirectional loop!
Hormones affect gut movement → Poor gut health disturbs hormones.
This cycle can quietly set the stage for PCOS, endometriosis, irregular bleeding pattern, and other chronic hormonal imbalances.
The role of Vata dosha (especially Apana Vata) in both gut motility and reproductive function is well documented. When Vata is vitiated, it affects the mind, nervous system, hormones, and gut movement. It's not a coincidence that everything feels interconnected.
Regulating gut health can be a real game changer.
Simple, consistent steps like planned fibre-rich meals fortified with the right spices, prescribed herbs, and supportive therapies can help modify Vata response in women who are prone to such conditions.
Healing the gut = Healing from within.
Have you been ignoring your gut for too long?
Or do you know someone who is?

Movement was never my thing.
For the longest time, I blamed it on my Prakriti.
It felt relatable
Until it stopped being a good enough excuse.
The damage was quietly building in the background.
Time caught up, and I realised I wasn’t really fast enough.😄
So one day, I decided to take up the challenge.
Movement became the No.1 priority of my day.
I fought the resistance and fought really hard.
I’d wake up early, stare into the darkness, that seemed easier than putting on my shoes and stepping out.
But I kept showing up.
I walked 45 minutes a day, for 45 days straight.
Week 1: Pure horror
Week 2: Actually fun
Week 3: Productive
Week 4: Even more productive
Week 5: Future strategy mode
Week 6: Confidence overflow!
The fight was completely worth it.
The wheel is now in motion.
There are planned breaks and pauses, but the habit stays strong.
At Trttvam, this is exactly how we work with you.
We don’t just give you a plan. We help you learn how to fight your own resistance. We make you stronger, more consistent, and turn you into the real winner of your health journey.
You don’t need to be a “movement person” to begin. You only need to decide it’s time.
If you’re ready for sustainable, real change (not just quick fixes), drop me a message. I’m all ears 🫡
Let’s get you moving - your way, at your pace, for the long term.
