22 years ago, on this very day in 2004, BMC Adventures began with nothing more than a dream, love for the mountains, and the courage to start.

Just a belief that people do not only need trips.
They need experiences, friendships, confidence, stories, healing, and moments that stay with them forever.

Over these 22 years, thousands of people have walked with us through forests, mountains, rains, fear, laughter, exhaustion, sunsets, and sunrises.

Many strangers became friends.
Many friendships became families.
Many people discovered a stronger version of themselves somewhere on a BMC trail.

What started as a small trekking group slowly became a part of people’s lives.

There were difficult years.
There were failures, losses, financial struggles, operational pressure, permissions, uncertainty, and moments where continuing felt impossible.

But the mountains taught us one thing:
Keep moving.

Today, when we look back at this 22 year journey, the biggest achievement is not the number of treks we did.

It is the trust people placed in us.
The memories we created together.
And the feeling that BMC became “home” for so many adventure lovers.

To every trekker, trek leader, supporter, team member, and friend who became part of this journey…

Thank you for carrying BMC forward for 22 beautiful years.

This is not just our anniversary.
It belongs to every person who ever walked with BMC.

The journey continues. ❤️🏔️
