Behind every win is a process built on preparation, consistency, and the drive to perform better.

July was about turning the work into results.

The work continues. The performance follows.

Everyone worries about the wrong thing before a big trek. You train your legs. You break in your boots. You worry about being “fit enough.” But altitude doesn’t care how many kilometres you’ve run. It cares how much time your body has had to adjust to less oxygen. That’s a different kind of preparation, and it’s the one most people skip.

In controlled studies, most unprepared people report some symptoms of altitude sickness at heights similar to Everest Base Camp or Kilimanjaro’s summit, fit or not.

We won’t tell you altitude sickness is preventable, because it isn’t, not with certainty, for anyone. What we can do is help you arrive with your body already partway adjusted, so you’re not starting from zero on day one of your trek.

If you’ve got a trip booked, EBC, Kili, Annapurna, Stok Kangri, the best time to start is now, not two days before you fly.

Drop us your trip and dates and we’ll tell you honestly what a sensible prep timeline looks like.

262 runs in just 7 innings, striking at 153.22. Prathyoosha Kumar finished the Maharani Trophy KSCA T20 as the third highest run scorer in the competition, and she made every trip to the crease count.

Two fifties, a top score of 72, and 42 boundaries in seven knocks. That is not accumulation, that is intent. Taking the attack to the bowling from ball one and doing it consistently, game after game.

Scoring that fast without giving it away takes more than talent. It takes bat speed, power, and the conditioning to hold your shape and your intensity deep into an innings. That work was done long before the season started.

Congratulations on a superb tournament, Prathyoosha. Third in the run charts, and from all of us at Invictus, well earned.

Not where you were in college. Not where the app thinks you are. Where your body actually is, right now.

The assessment maps it: how you move, how you produce force, your body composition, your blood biomarkers, how you recover. A few hours, and the guesswork is gone.

It isn’t a test you pass or fail. It’s a starting point — the map all disciplines on your team build from.

You can’t plan a route without knowing the starting point. This is ours.

Most people collect fitness advice the way they collect apps — a trainer here, a physio there, a diet from somewhere else. Four opinions, four directions, one confused body.

At Invictus, physiotherapy, strength & conditioning, nutrition and diagnostics sit in the same room, reading the same data, building one plan — yours.

The physio knows what the strength coach loaded. The nutritionist knows what the blood panel said. Nobody works blind, so nothing works against you.

That’s the whole idea. One body deserves one team.

At 50, Nikhil realised something had to change.

The pain. The fatigue. The injuries.
He was struggling to do the things he loved.

After two failed attempts at the gym, he decided to give structured training one more shot.

This is where the journey began.

465 runs in 13 innings. A strike rate of 164.89. Nobody in the Maharaja Trophy scored more, and nobody had a bigger influence on it either. Luvnith Sisodia finished the season with the Orange Cap and the Player of the Tournament award.

Anyone who has watched him train knows exactly how. The bat speed, the power to clear the rope 19 times, the fitness to keep going at full tilt through an entire season. None of it showed up by accident. It was built over months in the gym, long before the tournament began.

This is why the work matters. Big congratulations to Luvnith from all of us at Invictus. Well earned.

250 runs at an average of 41.67, striking at 137. Smaran Ravichandran was in form at the Maharaja Trophy before an injury ended his tournament early.

Nine innings of high-class batting. Consistent, composed, and quick to punish anything loose, with 25 fours and 5 sixes along the way. The numbers tell you he belonged among the tournament’s best, and there was clearly more to come.

Injuries are part of the game. What matters is the response, and we know how this one responds. The rehab starts now, and he will come back stronger for it.

Congratulations on a superb season, Smaran. From everyone at Invictus, heal up fast. The runs will be waiting.

Some players win you games with the bat. Some do it with the ball. Shubhang Hegde spent the Maharaja Trophy doing both.

271 runs at an average of 54.20, striking at 136, with more sixes than fours. Then 14 wickets across 45 overs at 24.50 apiece. Twelve matches of genuine all-round impact, week after week.

That kind of season asks a lot of the body. Batting deep, bowling full spells, backing it up every game. The engine behind it was built long before the tournament, in the hours nobody sees.

Congratulations on a brilliant season, Shubhang. From all of us at Invictus, well earned.
