UNIS — UNleash Your Inner Strength — began on October 1, 2015, with just three of us.
Today, as we step into our 12th year, a few of us came together to run, catch up and celebrate the journey.
Over the years, people have come, gone, achieved goals, taken breaks and found their way back.
And perhaps that's what makes a journey a journey.
You don't always have to run the same pace.
You don't always have to be on the track.
But you can always find your way back.
