Conventional Deadlift
The deadlift is a compound strength exercise that works several muscles including the back, core, glutes and hamstrings. It is one of only a handful of exercises that target muscles in the upper and lower body.
It is imperative to perform the deadlift with good form. Our trainer is ensuring that his client is lifting with proper form and completes his reps well.
Hanging knee tucks and leg raises are good core workout variations. Ensure that you engage your core and keep your back straight while performing the workout.

Hip thrusts for stronger glutes
Weighted Hip thrust is one of the most optimal ways to train, strengthen, build, and condition your glutes. Start off with plain (own body weight) glute bridges and gradually add resistance with the help of your trainer.
Strong glutes are crucial for sports performance such as running and cycling.
