If 100km was your max distance and you want to test your endurance for 200, then this 150km ride is going to be your perfect test of endurance.

Saaral 75 KM — Ride. Refresh. Repeat. A little drizzle. A cool breeze. Green roads. And 75 kilometres of pure cycling joy! 💙

Reporting time - 4.30 AM at Rela Hospitals, Chrompet.
Ride start time - 5.15 AM

🏆 How the Points Work
👫 3 Points – Both buddies join an official chapter/group ride
🚴 1 Point – Only one buddy joins the ride
📌 Maximum 5 rides per week – Up to 15 points per week

📋 Key Rules
✅ Official rides only – Chapter/group rides count, including runs & core sessions.
✅ Solo is allowed – If your buddy is out of town, you can still ride solo with the chapter and earn points.
🤝 No buddy? No problem! Organizers will help pair you with one.

You are cordially invited to join us for the World Heart Day Cyclothon—"Two "Wheels. One Healthy Heart," organized by SRM Prime Hospital, Ramapuram, in association with Chennai Cyclists Club.

The event will include an interactive heart health session with our doctors, physiotherapy-led warm-up and cycling posture guidance, injury prevention tips, and refreshments for participating cyclists.

• Doubles only – Male vs Male & Female vs Female, ensuring fair play
