Isa Mohamed Abdulrahim Mohamed Alrafaei serves as President of the International Sport for All Federation. His work is focused on advancing a clear and fundamental principle: sport should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, ability, gender or background. Through international programmes, partnerships and community-based initiatives, he supports inclusive activities that encourage healthier lifestyles, social connection and personal development. He also champions grassroots sport and the training of coaches and volunteers, recognising that capable local leaders are essential to creating sustainable impact in different regions.

𝐀 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐞
For President Alrafaei, Sport for All means that every person has the right to participate in sport and physical activity. It means making sport accessible, inclusive and affordable, while ensuring that people in every community have opportunities to stay active, improve their health and enjoy the benefits of teamwork, confidence and wellbeing. Walking is his favourite sport, and fishing is one of his principal hobbies. These interests reflect an appreciation of simple and accessible forms of activity that can accompany people throughout their lives.

He sees the Federation as a platform for building healthier societies and supporting initiatives that encourage people of all ages and abilities to remain active.
