INJAZ Lebanon INJAZ Lebanon is a non-profit organization with a mission to equip youth with the skills & mindset to become future entrepreneurs & qualified professionals.

Our Board Members are passionate business leaders who share a common ideal for the youth of Lebanon and provide overall direction, funding, and good governance. Our Board of Directors includes 12 members:

Seeking a Lead Facilitator, Co-Facilitator & Community Mobilizer to deliver 7 community awareness sessions in Arabic on disaster risk reduction and emergency preparedness.

SPEEDUP is hitting the streets of Tripoli for an Eco-Rally paper, co-organized by INJAZ Lebanon in collaboration with Tri-pulley and Eco Consulting.

Build a team of 4-8 and get together for a full-day eco-friendly adventure on bikes to explore the city, tackle eco-challenges, explore green entrepreneurship in Tripoli & Lebanon, and race to the finish line!

Your team can be your colleagues, business partners, fellow green entrepreneurs, friends or family, and at least 4 members need to participate in person on bikes.

Not a cyclist? No worries! Your biking team needs you to join virtually and help them solve challenges behind the scenes.

Building on the momentum of the capacity-building phase, GIZ Country Director Mr. Matthias Wagner, and his team, joined MAKKEN participants, municipal representatives, and local partners to learn more about the program’s progress and reflect on its impact.

The group also visited Miniara Public Garden, where ongoing improvements are already creating a more welcoming community space, enjoyed by children and families alike.

The day concluded at the community kitchen in Miniara Public Garden, where participants shared a meal prepared by local women – a meaningful reminder that lasting community development is built through collaboration, local ownership, and the people behind every initiative.

بعد جلسات بناء القدرات، انضمّ مدير GIZ في لبنان، السيد ماتياس فاغنر، وفريقه إلى المشاركين بمشروع "مكّن" (MAKKEN)، وممثلي البلديات، والشركاء المحليين، ليتعرّفوا أكتر على تقدّم البرنامج، ويتناقشوا سوا حول أثره.
وتضمّنت الزيارة كمان جولة بالحديقة العامة بمنيارة، يلي عم تشهد أعمال تطوير مستمرة، و كيف بلّشت المساحة ترجع تستقبل الأطفال والعائلات.
واختُتمت الزيارة بالمطبخ المجتمعي داخل الحديقة العامة، واجتمع الجميع حول وجبة حضّرتها سيدات من المجتمع المحلي، بلفتة بتعبّر عن روح التعاون، والدور الأساسي للمجتمع المحلي بكل خطوة من هالمسيرة.

كيف فينا نخلق فرص عمل أكتر واستدامة أكبر للشباب بلبنان؟

ضمن مشروع خُطى – نادي البحث عن عمل، جمعنا أصحاب عمل من مختلف مناطق الشمال لنتناقش سوا بواقع سوق العمل اليوم، من نموّ الأعمال وخلق فرص عمل، لتحديات التوظيف، واحتياجات الشركات، والتغيّرات بتوقعات الشباب من العمل. وشارك بالنقاش أصحاب عمل من قطاعات مختلفة، منها الزراعة والصناعات الغذائية، الطاقة والطاقة المتجددة، التجارة، والخدمات المهنية والتقنية.

اللقاء كان مساحة لمشاركة الخبرات ووجهات النظر، والتحدّث عن أبرز التحديات اللي عم يواجهوها أصحاب العمل، والتفكير سوا شو فينا نطوّر لنعزّز الربط بين الشركات والباحثين عن عمل، ونخلق مسارات أوضح وأكثر استدامة نحو التوظيف.

شكرًا لكل الشركات اللي شاركت معنا وخصّصت من وقتها لتكون جزء من هالنقاش المهم حول مستقبل العمل والتوظيف بلبنان.

What does Lebanon’s labour market need to create more sustainable employment opportunities for young people?

As part of Khuta – Job Search Club, we brought together employers from across the North, representing sectors including agriculture and food, energy and renewables, trade and commerce, and professional and technical services, and more. The discussion focused on the realities shaping today’s labour market, tackling subjects related to growth and employment creation, hiring challenges, workforce needs, and changing expectations around work.

The discussion created space for employers to share their perspectives, identify key challenges, and reflect on what can be strengthened to better connect businesses with job seekers and create more sustainable employment pathways.
