15 minutes rest between each stage.

* Teams complete all stations together.
* Work can be split freely within each station unless specified.
* Only Muscle-Ups are performed by advanced athletes only.

4. 20 Muscle-Ups (advanced athletes only)
5. 200m Lunges
6. 500m Run (entire team together)
