The first official CrossFit affiliate located in Central Colombo, the entire facility is equipped by Rogue Fitness, the official equipment supplier to the Reebok CrossFit Games. Launched in Q1 2018, sessions range from CrossFit, Build/Endurance, Teens/Tweens to Yoga classes, giving access to anyone and everyone that wants to stay active.

🚨 CFCY MONTHLY CHALLENGE #3 IS LIVE 🚨

THE CHALLENGE: PLATE PINCH HOLD 💪
Hold two plates for as long as possible. The longest time wins.

THE WEIGHTS:
Females: 2 x 25lb green plates
Males: 2 x 35lb yellow plates

THE RULES:
✅ Time begins when plates leave the floor.
✅ Time stops the moment plates touch the floor.
✅ No re-gripping or adjusting once lifted.
✅ Plates must stay clear of the body. No resting or leaning on legs/torso.
✅ A running clock must be visible in the video throughout.

HOW TO ENTER:
1️⃣ Film your full attempt.
2️⃣ Submit via DM ONLY.
3️⃣ Unlimited attempts allowed—only your best time counts.
