A little midweek reset is coming to Tonybet Padel 🧘‍♀️

Join Anna Makarova for a Vinyasa yoga class next Wednesday at 13:00.

Her classes combine flowing movement, breath-led sequences and mindful alignment to create a practice that feels energising, strengthening and grounding at the same time.

You’ll move through the class together as a group, working on strength, mobility, balance and flexibility.

Whether you’re new to yoga or already have experience, Anna will guide you through the practice with clear instructions and a warm, supportive approach.

Anna has been teaching yoga since 2015, starting her journey in London and continuing to develop her practice and teaching ever since.
