For Triathlon Cafe service it was the first triathlon event, and was fantastic ๐๐
Bike service was located in the heart of Kotor Old Town.
For these days we met a lot of nice and friendly people!
And of course help athletes with their bikes ๐ด
We see our pros and cons and know the directions of our development ๐

Running off-road can hugely benefit โฌ๏ธyour tri performance, but to take the most out of every step youโll need some trail shoes ๐
Of course you can try and run in your road shoes๐ง, but there are subtle feature differences:

Come and join us on 8th of April for running training in Kotor.
We will start our ๐โโ๏ธ from the University of Montenegro (Pomorski Fakultet) and will run to the Church of St. Eustachius.
WHEN: 08.04 at 08:00
MEETING POINT: In front of the University of Montenegro
DISTANCE: approximately 9 km. flat
PACE: Social with chats. Run will take about one hour
The event is FREE. Coffee โ๏ธ and donuts after the run ๐

Spending long hours training, especially when it comes to sitting hunched over on your bike ๐ด, can develop muscular imbalances that can result in injury๐ฅ
