For Triathlon Cafe service it was the first triathlon event, and was fantastic ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
Bike service was located in the heart of Kotor Old Town.
For these days we met a lot of nice and friendly people!
And of course help athletes with their bikes ๐Ÿšด
We see our pros and cons and know the directions of our development ๐Ÿ˜‰

Running off-road can hugely benefit โฌ†๏ธyour tri performance, but to take the most out of every step youโ€™ll need some trail shoes ๐Ÿƒ
Of course you can try and run in your road shoes๐Ÿง, but there are subtle feature differences:
- Grip
- Toe bumpers
- Support
In simple terms, off-road running shoes are designed to cope with every type of terrain thrown at them, whether it be
- Mud
- Hills
- Gravel
- Grass

On the 29th of April in Montenegro there will be supporter by

๐Ÿ’™ Blue course - 34km

Come and join us on 8th of April for running training in Kotor.
We will start our ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ from the University of Montenegro (Pomorski Fakultet) and will run to the Church of St. Eustachius.

WHEN: 08.04 at 08:00
MEETING POINT: In front of the University of Montenegro
DISTANCE: approximately 9 km. flat
PACE: Social with chats. Run will take about one hour

The event is FREE. Coffee โ˜•๏ธ and donuts after the run ๐Ÿ˜‰
