🇪🇺🇲🇰Strengthening cooperation in the field of EU cohesion policy!
From 11–15 January, a study visit took place in Brussels and Lille, organised by DG REGIO and implemented by Particip GmbH, with the aim of supporting candidate countries in the field of EU cohesion policy.
Representatives from North Macedonia, Albania, Ukraine, and Moldova had the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into cohesion policy challenges and implementation practices, with a particular focus on the Interreg Europe and Interreg North-West Europe programmes.
Special attention was dedicated to projects financed under these programmes, as well as to the key role of Managing Authorities in ensuring effective implementation.
The visit also served as a valuable platform for exchanging experiences, lessons learned, and best practices among participating countries.
This initiative represents an important step towards strengthening cooperation, enhancing institutional capacities, and supporting preparations.
