Two years ago we reopened the doors after expanding and transforming the studio into a brighter, more spacious home for practice.
Since then something even more beautiful has grown - a wonderful Yoga and Pilates community.π
Iβm so grateful for every person who has walked through my door, stepped onto the mat, and helped create the supportive, welcoming space we share today.

Yoga is more than the poses - itβs a practice for how we move through life.
The 8 limbs of yoga come from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and they describe a complete philosophical path.
However, many modern yoga classes focus heavily on asana (physical postures) and sometimes pranayama (breathwork).
But the ethical and lifestyle limbs - yama and niyama - are not always intentionally taught or discussed.
With that said, I always try to subtly integrate the limbs into my classes, whether through themes, mindful language, breath awareness and meditation:
β¨ Yama & Niyama β creating a space for kindness, self-awareness, and personal growth.
π§ Asana β moving the body with intention through our physical practice.
π¬ Pranayama β connecting movement with the breath.
π Pratyahara β turning attention inward and letting go of distractions.
π― Dharana β building focus through mindful movement and breath.
ππ» Dhyana β moments of meditation and quiet awareness.
π« Samadhi β leaving class feeling grounded, calm, and connected.
