🔴⚪ CONTRACT EXTENSION 📝

Neptunes WPSC is pleased to announce that Max Lanzon has extended his current contract with the club until 2031 ✍️

A product of our own ranks, Max has progressed through the Neptunes age groups before earning his place in the Senior Team - continuing his journey in red at the highest level.

We’re proud to see another homegrown player committing his future to the club and look forward to watching Max continue to develop, achieve and contribute to the team in the seasons ahead.

Congratulations, Max! Here’s to many more years, milestones and successes together 🏆

🕊️ Rest in Peace, Jane Attard 🕊️

It is with great sadness that we mourn the passing of Jane Attard, beloved wife of our former player and former junior coach, Guzi Attard L-ors, and grandmother of our former players Julian Farrugia and Nicholas Farrugia.

On behalf of everyone at Neptunes WPSC, we extend our deepest condolences to the entire Attard family during this difficult time.

May her memory be a blessing, and may she rest in eternal peace.



Update from the family -

We would like to inform family and friends that the funeral of our beloved wife, mother and grandmother will be held on Thursday at 10:00am at Bażilika Santwarju tal-Madonna tal-Karmnu, Valletta.

We invite all those who knew and loved her to join us as we say our final goodbye and celebrate the life and beautiful memories she leaves behind. 🤍🕊️

May she rest in eternal peace.

Born in 2004, Russell is a talented young left-hander who has already built an impressive list of honours at senior level despite his young age.

Born in 2001, the Maltese National Team player joins the Reds on a transfer from Sliema ASC, bringing with him valuable experience at both domestic and European level.

❤️ IN MEMORY OF ALEX STELLINI

Yesterday, we held our annual Inter League down at the club - an evening that this year carried a very special meaning.

This year’s Inter League was dedicated to the memory of the late Alex Stellini, one of Neptunes’ greatest supporters and a much-loved member of our club family. Alex was also the proud father of former Neptunes athletes Gianfranco, Roberta and Michele, making his connection to our club one that runs deep.

At the end of the evening, the trophy was presented by his loving wife, JoAnna, in a fitting tribute to a man who gave so much support and passion to Neptunes throughout the years.

Alex may no longer be with us, but his presence, his support and the memories he created at the club will never be forgotten. His memory lives on through his family, his friends and all of us at Neptunes ❤️

🔴 POOL MAINTENANCE NOTICE

Our pool is now officially closed for maintenance for the next few weeks as we carry out the necessary works.

🌊 In the meantime, access to the sea remains available, so you’re still more than welcome to come down to the club, enjoy a swim and make the most of the last days of summer! ☀️

We’ll keep you updated and let you know as soon as the pool is ready to welcome you back.
