• 4 jiu jitsu sessions (all no gi), mini yoga sessions & sauna
• IBJJF ruleset

*Session 1 will take place at either or USC Universum, depending on venue availability. Please note that BJJ Academy Amsterdam does not have sauna access. All other sessions will take place at USC Universum.
