Workout back and shoulders ✌️

💪 One cable. Three heads. Zero excuses.
3 exercises, same cable, no rest between them. Just switched the grip and the angle that’s it.
Why? Because your triceps has three heads, and if you keep doing the same movement every time, you’re only hitting one of them. Look at the muscle maps the activation literally moves with the grip
If you’re only doing pushdowns and calling it a day, you’re leaving gains on the table.
Save this. Try it next arm day. Thank me later.🔥
🔥 TRAPS: Are you only training 40% of their potential?
Doing the classic straight shrug with two kettlebells activates part of your traps. But leaning your torso slightly forward before performing the shrug bumps that recruitment up to nearly 100%! 💪
Why? The slight forward lean changes the angle of pull, demanding way more from your mid and lower traps — not just the upper portion.
📌 Try this variation in your next back/shoulder session and feel the difference!

❌x✅ Bicep curl: wrong is elbow too far back with a hunched shoulder. Right is elbow more forward, fully stretching the fiber on the way down and lifting with the shoulder engaged.
❌x✅ Tricep pushdown: wrong is elbow back, pulling the bar into your body. Right is elbow more forward, body leaning in, pushing the bar on a diagonal.
Small adjustments, very different results. 💪
3 exercises. 3 targets. 🎯
Different attachments. Different emphasis.
Target: Lats (Back Width)
4x 10-12
Target: Upper Back (Teres Major & Upper Lats)
4x 10-12
Target: Rear Delts & Upper Traps
4x 12-15
Small changes in your setup can shift the emphasis to completely different muscles.

🔥 TRIPLE DROP-SET: PUSHING THE LIMITS OF HYPERTROPHY
Today’s session went beyond the conventional. I applied an advanced intensification technique: the triple drop-set and the level of congestion and muscular fatigue it delivers is something a traditional set simply can’t match.
How it works, in practice:
1️⃣ Heavy load → 8 reps close to technical exhaustion
2️⃣ Immediate weight reduction (zero rest) → 8 more reps
3️⃣ Another reduction → repeat to concentric muscular failure
Why it works physiologically
By eliminating the rest between load drops, you keep the muscle under continuous tension while it’s already partially fatigued. This forces the recruitment of high-threshold motor units that normally only activate under maximal loads ,and significantly increases metabolic stress, one of the key triggers for hypertrophy.
Bottom line: more fibers recruited, more time under tension, more controlled muscle damage = more stimulus to grow.
This isn’t for every workout.** It’s a surgical tool used at the right moment, on the right exercise, it turns an ordinary set into a real growth stimulus.
Discomfort is where progress lives. 💪🔥
