WINNERS RUN THE DAY.

That was the feeling today as we showed up for our usual Saturday Morning run. The mission was to take on the 25KM route and we took it on indeed. Giving it all our sweat and energy.

As you can see from the pictures we definitely understood the assignment and came back stronger.

LEFT at the white house, then RIGHT just after the bridge.
Ease it down and take a LEFT into Area 12 New. Keep left โ€” itโ€™s a bit of a loop.
LEFT at the junction for a cheeky little climb.
SECOND RIGHT, then FIRST RIGHT โ€” another loop that takes us straight to the Vice Presidentโ€™s house.
From there: RIGHT โ†’ LEFT onto Chayamba โ†’ RIGHT on Lundu โ†’ LEFT on Zomba โ†’ RIGHT on Blantyre โ†’ LEFT on Ufulu โ†’ LEFT on Mphonongo โ†’ another LEFT on Chayamba.
Slow down and take a RIGHT into Capital Hill small gate, swing RIGHT again, exit through the other gateโ€ฆ then back to base for a sweaty 25๐Š ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ”ฅ
