DEMONSTRATION
Switching mask!
First of all, to perform these exercises,
you must already possess
excellent buoyancy, trim, and kicking technique
to maintain control;
choose a reference point
to help you hold your position.

Step 1:
Open the left pocket
where you keep your spare mask,
unclip it, bring it to the front,
and clip it to the right chest D-ring.
Maintain your buoyancy and your position.

Step 2:
Once your hands are free,
remove the mask from your face;
with your right hand, locate and unclip the clip,
attach it to the mask you just removed
and clip it to the left chest D-ring.
Maintain your buoyancy and your position.

Step 3:
Unclip the mask from the
right chest D-ring and remove the clip.
Clip your clip back onto the right chest D-ring
and begin putting the replacement
mask on your face.
After that, remove the water from inside.
Maintain your buoyancy and your position.

Now we do the same thing we just did,
only we put the main mask back on
and store the spare one,
following the same steps.
Maintain your buoyancy and your position.

Step 4:
I unclip the clip from the right chest D-ring,
remove my mask and clip it to the clip,
then I clip it back onto
the right chest D-ring,
next I unclip from the left side
where my primary mask is located
and I put it back on my face,
and we get the water out of it.
We put the clip back on the right chest D-ring.
Maintain your buoyancy and your position.

step 5:
Now we just need to return
our backup mask to the left pocket,
First, we open the pocket.
We locate the bungee by feel.
clipped to the bungee to keep it secure.
Maintain your buoyancy and your position.

step 6:
Once I finish
I make sure nothing
is hanging out of my pockets
and that they are closed,
simply by running my hand over them.
Maintain your buoyancy and your position.

Remember that practice makes perfect
keep training until you master it!
