Segway Ninebot ZT3 Pro error codes appear on the screen as an exclamation mark “!” followed by a number, often accompanied by a “beep…beep” sound. These alerts allow for quick identification of a malfunction to protect the scooter and ensure your safety.

In this guide, we list all Segway Ninebot ZT3 Pro error codes in ascending order, with for each: an explanation of the problem and the recommended solution.

Error code 10 – Dashboard/controller communication problem – Segway Ninebot ZT3 Pro

Explanation:
Communication between the dashboard and the controller is interrupted.

Solution
: Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds. The scooter will turn off. When you hear a beep around the 15-second mark, release the button and then turn it back on.

If the problem persists, remove the four handlebar screws, disconnect the wiring harness between the handlebars and the base, and then check that the pins are not bent. Gently straighten them if necessary. If a cable is damaged, replace it.

Error code 11 – Controller fault – Segway Ninebot ZT3 Pro
