首屆的巾幗武術錦標賽圓滿落幕。

感謝 Wushu Federation of Malaysia 馬來西亞武術總會給予的機會，讓我能代表🇲🇾擔任裁判一職。

本次巾幗武術錦標賽，不僅是競技的殿堂，更是深層次的文化交流平台。它完美地詮釋了女性既優雅又充滿力量的獨特魅力，同時也與國際奧委會所倡導的性別平等精神高度契合。

感謝馬來西亞武術總會的熱情款待與周到安排，讓在場的每一位倍感溫暖。

武術，這項融合了精湛技藝與東方哲學的運動，正憑藉其獨特的魅力與價值，積極邁向國際。

相信由我們大家長--張金發會長的帶領之下，通過所有武術同仁的共同努力和推動，確保武術這個項目能在公平、公開、公正的原則下不斷發展與完善，它終將能早日登上奧運的廣闊舞台，綻放光芒。

I am grateful for the opportunity granted by Wushu Federation of Malaysia to serve as a judge and represent my country 🇲🇾.

This championship was not just a platform for competition, but also a profound stage for cultural exchange. It perfectly showcased the unique charm of women, embodying both grace and strength, and is highly aligned with the gender equality principles advocated by the International Olympic Committee.

My heartfelt thanks to the Wushu Federation of Malaysia for their warm hospitality and meticulous arrangements, which made every attendee feel truly welcomed.

剛落幕的田徑學聯賽中，尊孔獨中田徑隊不僅取得了亮眼的成績，更實現了諸多令人振奮的突破。這場賽事，有得有失，但對我們而言，更寶貴的是從中汲取了寶貴的經驗，並清晰地意識到自身的不足。

其實，有沒有拿獎牌真的不是最重要的。每次比賽，只要我們能一次又一次地超越自己，一點一點地進步，那才是最酷的！因為這些努力和成長，就是我們下次站上頒獎台，甚至衝向更高目標的最強踏板！

In the recently MSSD Pudu Track and Field Championship, the Confucian Private Secondary School TnF Team not only achieved impressive results but also made numerous exhilarating breakthroughs. This competition had its wins and losses, but for us, what was more valuable was gaining precious experience and clearly recognizing our areas for improvement.

In fact, winning medals has never been the most important thing. In every competition, as long as we can surpass ourselves time and again, improving little by little, that’s what‘s truly cool! Because these efforts and growth are our strongest stepping stones to standing on the podium next time, and even aiming for higher goals!

最近，Happy Kids Sports Club 非常榮幸地協辦了 Wonder Minds Preschool 的年度運動會。從活動規劃到現場執行，我們的團隊展現了無間的合作精神與高度的專業效率，確保每一個環節都順暢無比。

我們為這場盛會精心設計了一系列充滿創意且富教育意義的運動遊戲。這些遊戲不僅考驗著孩子們的肢體協調與反應能力，更鼓勵他們從中學習團隊合作與堅持不懈。看著孩子們全情投入、奮力拼搏的可愛身影，以及家長們在一旁熱情加油、積極參與的身影，整個運動場充滿了歡聲笑語與活力四射的氛圍。

看到家長和孩子們都玩得不亦樂乎，笑容滿面，正是對我們最大的肯定。這場運動會不僅是體能的展現，更是一次快樂親子時光的凝聚。Happy Kids Sports Club 致力於讓每個孩子都能在運動中找到樂趣，激發潛能，並透過健康活潑的體驗，為他們的快樂童年留下難忘的回憶。

Recently, Happy Kids Sports Club had the immense privilege of co-organizing Wonder Minds Preschool’s annual sports day. From activity planning to on-site ex*****on, our team demonstrated seamless teamwork and high professional efficiency, ensuring every aspect ran incredibly smoothly.

For this grand event, we meticulously designed a series of creative and educational sports games. These games not only challenged the children‘s physical coordination and reaction skills but also encouraged them to learn teamwork and perseverance. Witnessing the children’s full engagement, adorable efforts, and the parents‘ enthusiastic cheering and active participation, the entire sports field was filled with joyful laughter and a vibrant, energetic atmosphere.

Seeing both parents and children having an absolute blast, beaming with smiles, is our greatest affirmation. This sports day was not just a display of physical prowess; it was also a wonderful gathering for quality parent-child time. Happy Kids Sports Club is committed to helping every child find joy in sports, unleash their potential, and create unforgettable memories for their happy childhood through healthy and lively experiences.
