The Gold Cup showcased thrilling youth football, with Mondesa FC dominating three divisions, Lindy Cosmos shining at U17, and DesertView triumphing at U21. Passion, teamwork, and community pride defined the spectacle.

Micheal Kandume – Goal Machine of the 3rd Division
Standing tall at 1.89m and lethal with both feet, Kandume has lit up the league this season. He fired in 15 goals across 14 matches, cementing his place as the division’s top scorer.

Over two seasons, he’s amassed 37 goals in 33 league games, averaging an incredible 1.156 goals per match. His all‑round scoring record is even more staggering: 42 goals in all competitions this past season — 37 in the league, 2 in the NFA Cup, and 3 in the Newspaper Cup(Team Kunene).

A striker with height, balance,speed,skill and a ruthless finishing touch, Kandume is proving himself as one of the most consistent goal scorers in Namibian football.

Mondesa FC dominated Round 6, defeating Desert United 4–1 with goals from Hiskia Junior Eihucha and Sinsikus Kahungu. The team showed composure, creativity, and relentless energy, securing three points and strengthening their Under‑13 Youth League campaign.

The Last Borns(u13) gave a thrilling performance dominating one of the title favorites with Hiskia(11 years old, scoring his 3rd u13 goal) in the first half with only 4 minutes left to full time but Teenagers fc equalized only for Sinsikus to score in the dying seconds and win the game. Goalkeeper Tjirare Ngutjiwa (3 clean sheets) received the player of the week award showcasing his pure talent by making incredible saves in the first half's final minutes

Tuko Amutenya (20), a True Son of Mondesa and former Vice Captain, boasts an impressive resume as an esteemed academy graduate. Now, he's taking the field by storm as a versatile full-back at Celtic Football Club (Swakopmund), with a promising future,the next Hanamub.
