Saturday night dinner. Whipped this up while watching delayed coverage of the Warriors.

A nice bit of Angus beef Shin from PNP farms. Popped it in the slow fast cooker with a touch of onion and beef rub , paired it with frozen mash (add some butter and milk and you wont know its not home made) and peas. Peppercorn sauce for the finish, and a bit of sneaky coriander.

Wagyu #5. Kobe beef, in KOBE!!!!

Well it was fabulous! Started with salad, then pork belly consume.
80grams of fillet with rice and tempura vege.

Well worth the trip.
