We are super excited that Jubilee Weekend is finally here 🔴⚪️ Some information to get you ready for the big day on Saturday:

🏉 Draw below from 9am onwards.

📸 The Jubilee photos will be taken in the grandstand, so please watch from the sidelines.

📷 We would love to see as many juniors there as possible for a special 150-year junior photo. This will be taken at the end of the official photos at approximately 11.30am.

🌟 Prize givings are to be held immediately after each game at the side of the field. Some teams have sponsors and/or life members helping present their POD and coaches awards. Following that please head over to the tent where each player will receive a sausage and fizz.

🍦For the rest of the family the Junior Committee will be on the BBQ with a sausage sizzle, and coffee carts and Mr Whippy will be parked nearby.

🧦 Socks and croc charms will be for sale at the BBQ tent too.

♦️For those able to stick around and cheer on the Premier team, we would love you to join our guard of honour. Please meet at 1.50pm by the main gate to the field.

🚙 Parking will be very limited in the area, so you may like to park over the flood banks.

David does a huge amount of work for our Club and is a Life Member, current Committee Member and 150 Jubilee Committee Member.

Muster Day details for 2026.......This is where your child/ren find out their team and meet their coaches for the year and are given their rugby jersey (that they return at the end of the year).

✅We have socks, Clutha Rugby croc charms and mouth guards for sale!

✅Boot swap/sale on, where you bring a pair of boots and swap for another or pay $5 for a pair or boots.

✅Subs - can be paid online or with cash on the day - $40 per player or $100 for 3 or more in family.

Ken Milne Classic - Thursday 19 March

The Ken Milne Classic is coming up on Thursday, 19 March, with a 6:15pm start at the Clutha Rugby Club.

Awesome options for everyone from first timers to athletes:

Triathlon: 800m swim, 20km road bike, 5km run

Duathlon: 20km road bike, 5km run

Recreational 5km walk or run

The 2026 season registrations are open! We are again using the Rugby Xplorer app!

If you have the app already and profiles set up, update it to the latest version and get logged in. Then just follow the instructions to sign your child/ren up for 2026 🏉 If you need to add a child/ren to your profile there is an option for adding new player.

If you don't have the app already, download it or use the link below and follow instructions to create an account for yourself (parent/caregiver) before creating one for your child/ren (players) and then register them to Clutha Rugby Football Club. All coaches, managers, volunteers and players will need to create an account and register before Friday 6th March. You should get an email confirming your registration from rugby xlporer automatically.

Please note: Children need to be 4 years old by Muster Day - 18th March - to register for the 2026 season.

TIPS:
🔺Non-Contact is Rippa - Select Primary Rippa (4 year olds, Year 1 & 2s only)
Contact is tackle rugby - Year 3 upwards
🔺When part way through registration when selecting school push "🔍" and it will bring the school up, won't come up automatically.
🔺Select the year level that is most applicable to your child/ren. We will let you know if we have any questions when the info comes through.
🔺Subs are $40 per player (or $100 for three or more players in one family). These are not paid through the website/app. It will come up as $0. The subs are to be paid to Clutha School Rugby 01 0914 0032308 00 or by cash on Muster Day on 18th March.
