18 Hole Division – Open to boys and girls under 19 with a Handicap Index of 36.4 or lower.

9 Hole Division – Open to all junior golfers, including non-handicap players.
Entry Fees:

• 18 Holes – $20
• 9 Holes – $10

Play in both events and you'll be in the running for additional prizes, with awards for the best combined Stableford scores across the two tournaments.

Congratulations to the Burnside High School golf team, who this afternoon claimed the NZ Secondary Schools title played at McLeans Island Golf Club - 10 years since last winning this event.

This is the first event of a big week of Junior Golf here in Canterbury, with Harewood Golf Club set to host the NZ Age Group Championships tournament from 2-4 September, with many Canterbury Juniors involved across the u16 and u19 divisions. Town vs. Country always brings out the best in Canterbury golf, and Sunday’s clash at Christchurch Golf Club was no exception.

Country’s Masters ended an eight year wait to turn the tables on Town 9.5 to 5.5, Town were ruthless in the Seniors, and the Juniors, back after five years away, went right down to the last putt to finish 6 all.
