Food for thought
Following on from yesterday's post we have put together some basic injury prevention exercises and stretches to keep you going.
Aim for 2 - 3 sets of any given exercise for 20 - 30 repetitions.
For the stretches you can look to hold this for a minute or two.
If you have any current injuries, aches or pains we would recommend coming to see us for an appointment before trying these exercises.
