This October, we’re diving deep into classical Pilates repertoire using the push-through bar — not just the “what,” but the “why” behind the work.

Whether you’re classically trained, contemporary, or somewhere in between, this workshop is your chance to reconnect with the roots of the method and expand how you teach and cue.

From foundational movements to progressions, you’ll explore the original Cadillac sequences with new eyes — guided by principles passed down through the lineage of Joe, Romana, and her contemporaries.

Expect a blend of historical depth + modern teaching strategies, delivered APS-style: hands-on, clear, and energising. ⚡️

• Modify for different levels, ages, and bodies

We worked on keeping my strength up in my upper  and lower body to avoid putting too much strain on my core muscles while also maintaining flexibility. As my pregnancy progressed, workouts were tailored to how my body was feeling/moving; some days would be focused entirely on stretching or gently massaging which was exactly what I needed. I would walk out of a session feeling 100x better than when I walked in, every time.
