That's why we encourage cross-training and working with different coaches and clubs.

For athletes preparing for Sambo, that means bringing skills from different training environments together — and learning how to impose your A-game within the Sambo ruleset.

For athletes looking towards MMA, coming off a rugby season, or simply wanting a new challenge, Sambo offers another environment to develop:
