Musical Tots combines music, movement and play to support your child's early development in a welcoming, relaxed environment, followed by time for kai and making new friends. Just bring your own kai.

Checkmate for another fantastic year at the Interschool Chess Tournament! It was great to have Sally Rice, who started the tournament in 1972, and Matthew Ashton, Hawke’s Bay Chess Club President, open the tournament alongside Mayor Wendy Schollum.
This year’s tournament saw:
♟️ 63 teams competing
♟️ 250 students taking part
♟️ Strategic battles, great sportsmanship, and plenty of future grandmasters in action!
