And that's a wrap on Cosy Cats '26. Around 50 of you, out of the around 60 of you, who signed up made it through all 12 classes. It was so fun watching you all getting excited about the sticker chart for a few weeks.

Six days to go, so close!! The chart is looking full, and its been great to see how many of you have shown up week after week through the coldest bit of the year. The end of Cosy Cats brings us nearrrrly to the end of winter too, how good 🌸

Stay cosy, stay stickering

Tayla was feeling pretty proud of her lunchtime crew today 🥹

She had us working through a modified version of Russian splits, everyone one was looking very impressive. Maybe slightly wobbly. And definitely having a few moments of:

“Oh…I can’t believe I just did that.”

That’s one of the things we love around here. There's always layers, so you can work at your own level, try something that looks a little scary, and surprise yourself with what you can actually do.

Tayla wanted to show us off today, and we can see why 🤎

And a little lunchtime PSA: our Wednesday 12.15pm class is usually one of the quieter spots on the schedule, and we quite like keeping it that way.

But if you fancy a more intimate session with a little more room to breathe, Wednesday lunchtime is your spot
