We’ll have free posters and player cards to giveaway. It's a fun time for all ages, and your chance to connect with your favourite rugby players, our awesome SBS Bank Southland Stags.

It’s a strong Stags 23 for Sunday. There are a number of changes to the lineup from round five as we head north to take on Counties Manukau, with fresh faces coming into the starting XV and plenty of experience remaining in the mix.

The Stags will be looking to make their mark in Round 6 as the second half of the Hilux NPC gets underway.

Hawke’s Bay have more registered supporters than any union in the country. They don’t have a single player in the top 50.

Auckland have the fewest registered supporters of the 14 unions. They have 10 players in the top 23.

Four provinces are still without a player inside the 50:
Hawke’s Bay. Tasman. Bay of Plenty. Manawatū.

The 50 greatest players and moments in NPC history will be shaped by the provinces that show up and vote.

Meet Ryan, our Alliance Group Ball Runner for the SBS Bank Southland Stags’ clash with Hawke's Bay!

Ryan had an amazing day at Rugby Park, running the ball onto the field for kickoff, flipping the coin for the captains coin toss, and meeting his favourite ever Stags player, captain Sean Withy!

Man of the Match Round 5 – Scott Gregory

A strong showing in tough conditions earns Scott Gregory the nod as your Man of the Match against Hawke’s Bay. 🦌

Gregory was busy throughout, crossed for Southland’s first try of the night and kept working as the Stags fought their way back into the contest.
