Alfie likes to get out onto the field early, putting in extra reps with his box kicks and passing from the base to make sure he's dialled in before kickoff.

"Focus on what you can control and let the rest happen." Wise words from his mum that have become his mindset every time he pulls on the jersey, helping keep him calm under pressure.

Alfie sees similarities with Fumiaki Tanaka—proving that size doesn't define impact. With lightning-fast service from the ruck, sharp decision-making, and a fearless attitude, he's always looking to keep the tempo high and his team on the front foot.
