Sometimes it's a bit scary going out on the golf course with others - maybe you're just not sure of the etiquette, the rules and all those other things that make golf such a crazy game!

If you miss a putt, miss it on the pro side (or high side)!
Amateur golfers miss 70% of putts on the low side of the hole, thus never giving them a chance of holing a putt. Give your putts more "break" or "slope" when putting on uneven greens.

Stop beating yourself up!
I've known people to curse themselves on the golf course... alot!
It makes golf unpleasant (for everyone!)
Self-love and positivity can be superpowers on the course :-)

Your lowest handicap will not come from more birdies.
It will come from fewer double and triple bogeys. It's all about our expectations.

Always tee up the golf ball on the side of trouble…It helps you steer clear of danger and you can aim your shot towards a target on an angle away from that part of the course where you definitely don't want to hit it to!

BIG, EXCITING NEWS....Kiss My Putt is moving some of our sessions to Millbrook!!!

Here's why and what's happening.
Firstly, I'd like to send a massive shout out and thank you to the wonderful team at Arrowtown Golf Club for so warmly embracing the (almost) 900 hundred women who have started their golf journey with Kiss My Putt and She Loves Golf at their course.
Their practice facility is closing for 2 years for an exciting renovation and upgrade.
Kiss My Putt will still be continuing at Arrowtown with our regular 'W**e Down Wednesday' sessions, some on-course coaching, and our other bigger events.

And so, to Millbrook Resort.
Starting in late September, most of our coaching will be held at Millbrook's practice facilities.
Thank you so much to the Millbrook team for welcoming us with such enthusiasm and for making our move easy. I'm so excited!!!

Tuesday Tee Tip #54
Believe in yourself! Sometimes, the biggest problem is in your head. You've got to believe you can play a shot instead of wondering where your next bad shot is coming from.

Tuesday Tee Tip #53
Putting is mostly about speed control (pace). Yes, you want to learn to read the greens and have the right line. But if you get the pace about right, you're much more likely to be able to tap the next one in! It's definitely worth spending time on this when practicing.

Don't stick to the same club at the Driving range! A lot of golfers will hit their driver for most of the range session or their 7 iron if that's their favourite club.
We hit all different clubs out on the course so mix it up a bit
