Come to the table.
This is what nourishment can look like.
Simple food. Beautiful colour. Nothing complicated.
Chicken for protein.
Sweet potato for wholesome fuel.
Broccoli and cabbage for fibre and micronutrients.
Cucumber for freshness.
Pickled red onion for a little tang and gut-loving goodness.
And chilli because nourishment should never mean boring.
One plate giving you around 46g of protein, 5–6g of fibre, and a beautiful mix of vitamins A, B, C, E and K.
But here's what I love most…
We can get so caught up in what we shouldn't eat that we forget to celebrate what we can eat.
God gave us food to nourish us.
So let's stop making the table a place of fear, guilt and restriction.
Let's make it a place of gratitude.
A place where we slow down.
A place where we receive.
A place where we learn to care for the body we've been entrusted with.
Come, take your seat.
Let's build you for purpose.
