The Hutt Valley Clay Target provides coaching, practice, fun events, and competition in DTL, S***t, Sporting, Compak, ISSF S***t, ISSF Trap, UT
The Hutt Valley Clay Target Club is sited on 63 acres in Whitemans Valley, Upper Hutt and is the largest and most active clay target club in the greater Wellington area. It offers all forms of competitive and social clay target shooting. Shooting, three times each month, in the most common shotgun disciplines is available to members. The Club provides coaching, practice, fun events, and competition in Down the Line (DTL), S***t, Trench and Sporting disciplines.

📢 HVCTC 5-STAND WEEKEND CANCELLED
Please note that the HVCTC's 5-Stand weekend scheduled for Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November has been cancelled.
This is due to the North Island North Zone Sporting qualifying event being held over the same weekend.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
Our monthly Super Sporting competition will continue as usual—Sunday 1 November, kicking off at 1.00 pm. The website will be updated to reflect this.

The family of our late club member, David Ainsworth, has kindly donated his shooting vests, tops, and jackets for the Club to pass on to other members.
David sadly passed away after a battle with cancer. In honour of his memory, the Club will donate a portion of the proceeds from these items to the Cancer Society.
If you’re interested in any of the items, please make an offer. It’s a wonderful opportunity to own some quality club gear while helping support a cause that meant so much in David’s memory.

Update for Tomorrow's Side-by-Side Competition
🎯 GP Scores
If you're shooting only the Side-by-Side event and would like your score to count towards your GP, simply return to your first stand after completing the course and continue shooting until you have 60 targets recorded on your score sheet.
🎯 GP & Side-by-Side Stands
With Field 1 (OT/UT disciplines) unavailable with a new control box being installed and menus tested, tomorrow's competition will run across Fields 4–7.
To accommodate both events, each field will have two stands:
** Both stands count towards your GP scores
** One of the two stands is designated for the Side-by-Side event.

Trap fairies out and about today setting the fields for our first run at English Sporting Pairs !! The day started off cold and wet. Hopefully the rainbow is a sign it’s going to be a nice-ish day
