Our students Lucy, Luna, and Amelia were shining over the weekend at the ABTC competition! 🌟

Luna was awarded 3rd place in Junior Variation En Pointe, and Lucy was awarded Highly Commended and Commended for her classical variations alongside Commended for contemporary and 2nd place for lyrical. Amelia was awarded 1st place for her classical solo and 2nd place for lyrical.

As dancers progress through their training, the demands placed on their bodies continue to grow requiring strength, flexibility, control, and endurance alongside technical skill. Evidence-informed strength and conditioning supports dancers by developing the physical resilience needed to train with confidence 🩰

Our Strength and Flexibility classes, Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) classes, and Adult Strength and Flexibility classes provide dedicated opportunities to build the physical foundations that support strong, healthy dancers.
