Working with Leah has been such a great experience, and I’m so glad to have helped her overcome her nerves about going to the gym.
Leah came to me with minimal gym knowledge, but she had clear ideas and goals for how she wanted her gym experience to be. She has improved so much in both performance and technique and is definitely on the right track to getting swole 💪 (can tick off that goal, Leah 😂).
Personal training is such a rewarding career, and I’m so grateful to be able to help amazing people like Leah.

Hey, I’m Brooke — the face behind BFit with Brooke.
I started the gym during a really tough time in my life, dealing with health challenges and after experiencing a great loss. Beginning to exercise really helped me feel stronger, clearer, and more confident, both in my body and my mind when I needed it most.
That’s what inspired me to start Personal Training — to help others feel that same shift. Whether you’re just getting started, looking to level up, or wanting to feel more consistent with your health, I’m here to guide you, support you, and help you move with purpose.
It’s not about perfection or quick fixes. It’s about showing up, making progress, and feeling good in your own skin — both physically and mentally.
