A massive congratulations to Rewiti Hill, Cody Noble, Bear Hindrup and Maui Rua on being selected for the NZ Vikings U18s and taking the field in yesterday’s match against the NZ Harlequins U18s.

🔴⚫️ Hikurangi Junior Rugby 🔴⚫️

What an awesome day out for our Hikurangi U11s yesterday, travelling to Auckland to take part in the tournament hosted by Ponsonby Rugby Club.

The boys and girls put in some outstanding performances, played some great rugby and represented Hikurangi Rugby Club with plenty of pride, energy and mana. 👏🏽

A special mention to our 3 Hikurangi U11 kōtiro, who also had the opportunity to play in an all-girls team yesterday too. They embraced the experience, backed themselves and did an awesome job. What a cool opportunity and a great experience for our young players.

These are the experiences that help our tamariki grow not just as rugby players, but as confident young people, teammates and representatives of our club.
